Lock Out Tag Out Station includes:

Yellow board with customizable stickers to suit the individual customer.

One single unit that can be numerically labeled.

One lock that fits into the single unit and includes 2 keys.

One access peg that allows you to remove the lock.

Two tamper lock ID for the keys.

One tamper Seal name ID for the access peg.

Warranty covers mechanical issues with the single unit (holds the lock). Unit will be replaced and shipped free of charge. Does NOT cover any issues with the locks, access pegs or tamper seals.
